Submitting a request

Use the cancellation form below, email ronenrosen@shevatim.com, call +972539530032 or visit the shop. Include your reference and a way to contact you. The form acknowledges receipt; it does not claim a refund has been made.

Distance sales in Israel

Where Israeli distance-sale cancellation rights apply to goods, the usual period is 14 days from receiving the goods or the disclosure document, whichever is later. Certain legally protected customers may have longer periods. The statutory refund is generally due within 14 days of valid cancellation notice.

Depending on the grounds and applicable rules, cancellation fees may be capped at the lower of 5% of the transaction price and 100 ₪. Different rules apply in particular to defects, non-conformity and failure to deliver as agreed. Contact us to arrange the appropriate return.

Handmade and personalized items

Being handmade or containing tzitzit does not by itself remove return rights. An exception for genuinely personalized specifications must be assessed case by case under the law. Mandatory rights in your country and rights relating to defects remain protected.
