Request, confirmation and payment

The form records a reservation request, not a payment. A reference appears only after storage. The shop contacts you to confirm the products, preparation, amount and receiving method. Opening WhatsApp proves neither a sent message nor payment.

Temporary availability

Adding an item checks server-side availability and may hold it for two minutes. The timer shows the actual server expiry; reloading does not extend it. At expiry the items become available again and restarting requires another check. Unconfirmed stock is limited to one piece per model and needs shop confirmation.

Products and prices

Variants, sizes, quantities and displayed prices are reviewed and checked by the server. Prices are in Israeli shekels. Missing prices or shipping fees must be confirmed before the sale; a missing amount is not treated as zero. Any personal specifications must be agreed before work starts.

Delivery and consumer rights

Collection is at the shop. Delivery charges and times appear in the delivery policy and summary. Cancellation and return rules are on the dedicated page. Applicable mandatory consumer rights and warranties remain unaffected.
