Contact and information collected
SHEVATIM · 10 Bograshov, Tel Aviv, Israël · ronenrosen@shevatim.com · +972539530032
To handle a reservation or cancellation request, we collect your name, telephone, optional email, language, products and variants, plus delivery details when applicable. Your telephone is used to contact you about the request. Required fields are necessary to prepare it.
Purposes and grounds
We use the information to respond, confirm availability, arrange payment and prepare collection or shipping. Where the GDPR applies, these activities rely on pre-contractual steps or the contract; security relies on legitimate interests and applicable legal duties. Optional marketing and audience measurement require a separate choice where consent is required.
Recipients and services
Authorized SHEVATIM personnel handle requests. Vercel hosts the site and Supabase stores operational data. Necessary shipping information may be given to the carrier selected for your delivery. WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok open only when you choose their links, and their own policies then apply.
Internal audience measurement and Google Analytics, if configured, start only after acceptance. Ordinary reservations are paid as agreed with the shop; the form never asks for card numbers or security codes.
Retention and transfers
Information is retained to process and follow up the request and as required for evidence, accounting and complaints. Unneeded information can be erased or anonymized after checking retention duties. Accounting records are not promised automatic deletion.
Hosting and external services may process information outside Israel. Ask us for the destinations, providers and safeguards applicable to your information.
Your rights
Contact ronenrosen@shevatim.com for access or correction and, where applicable, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. We verify identity proportionately. Optional consent can be withdrawn at any time. You may contact the competent authority, including Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority or the relevant European authority where the GDPR applies.
